It interesting that you say there’s a company that outwardly displays a human-centred culture event though this is a facade – it points to the fact its responding somehow to a need in the market, otherwise they wouldn’t really bother (as it’s clearly not this company’s primary interest). Perhaps this is only a niche in the overall market, or perhaps its points to a shift in perception?
